Delivery to the United States

Estimated delivery: approximately 15–30 calendar days from the date you place your order, including order processing and transit. Calendar days include weekends and holidays. This is an estimated delivery window, not a guaranteed arrival date.

Available delivery options and shipping charges for your address are shown at checkout before payment. Please review them before ordering.

Processing and tracking

Your order must be processed before it is dispatched. Processing is included in the total 15–30 calendar day estimate. Any tracking information provided for your shipment will be shared through your order updates. Tracking may take time to show new carrier scans.

Delays and missing orders

Carrier disruptions, peak periods, customs processing where applicable, and severe weather can affect delivery. If your order has not arrived within 30 calendar days of ordering, contact salesmagnitude@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate and explain the available resolution.

If we cannot ship within the time promised, we will notify you of the delay, provide a revised shipment estimate, and explain your option to cancel for a prompt refund. We will obtain your consent to a delay where required by applicable law. An estimate does not remove your rights if we fail to fulfill your order.

Delivery address and order changes

Check your address, apartment or unit number, and contact details carefully at checkout. To request a correction or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We will confirm whether a change can be made before dispatch.

Delivery problems

If tracking shows delivery but you have not received the parcel, check the delivery location and contact us. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, retain the packaging where possible and send us your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us investigate. Contacting us does not require you to waive your consumer rights.
