These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases from Medusa Silver and use of medusasilver.com. Our store is hosted on Shopify. Please read these terms together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Shopping with Medusa Silver

Provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information when placing an order. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement or have the involvement and authorization of a parent or guardian. Keep your account credentials secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized account use.

Products and descriptions

Refer to each product listing for its materials, dimensions, sizing, care instructions, and included items. Images may appear different on different screens, and close-up photographs may show jewelry larger than its actual size. These display differences do not limit your rights if an item is defective or materially different from its description. Styling props are included only when expressly stated in the listing.

Prices and payments

Prices for our US storefront are shown in US dollars unless a different currency is expressly displayed. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and discounts are shown at checkout before you place your order. Any promotion is subject to its stated dates, eligibility, and conditions. Changes to prices apply to future orders.

Orders and availability

We may contact you to resolve an inventory issue, an apparent pricing or description error, a payment problem, or suspected fraud. We will not substitute a product or increase the price of an existing order without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and promptly refund any payment for the canceled items and any related charges due back to you.

Delivery

Estimated delivery to the United States is approximately 15–30 calendar days from placing your order, including processing and transit. Review the delivery estimate and shipping information provided before purchase. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. If we cannot ship within the time promised, we will notify you, provide a revised shipment estimate, and explain your cancellation and refund options. We will obtain consent to delays where required by applicable law.

Cancellations, returns, and order problems

To request an address change or cancellation, email salesmagnitude@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will confirm whether the request can be accommodated; orders already dispatched may need to follow the returns process. Contact us if your item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or does not match its description. Any posted return conditions do not remove rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.

Acceptable use and website content

Do not use this website for unlawful activity, fraud, unauthorized access, malicious software, or infringement of another person's rights. Website text, imagery, logos, and other content may be protected by intellectual property law. Browsing and personal shopping use do not grant permission to reproduce that content commercially without authorization.

Third-party services

Checkout, payment, and other features may be provided by third parties. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply to their services. Links to external websites do not make those sites part of Medusa Silver. This does not limit our responsibilities for your purchase.

Your rights and changes to these terms

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, warranties, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date. The terms and policies disclosed when you place an order apply to that order, subject to applicable law.
